Perodua Alza M2 Edition: Limited edition with new colour

Perodua has released the Alza M2 Edition, which will be limited to 500 units. It will be open for booking at all Perodua sales outlets beginning 1st April with an on the road price of RM69,990, the same price as the Alza Advanced Version, which it’s based on.
First unveiled by former Tun Mahathir Mohamad in January when he visited Perodua’s Rawang facility, the M2 Edition is named after the code name “M2” given to the second national car project, which was later renamed Perodua. For every unit of the M2 sold, Perodua will be donating RM1,000 to the ex-PM’s Perdana Leadership Foundation.
Unique features include an “M2” grade mark and a special “Midnight Blue” colour. Other features include custom leather seat covers and custom carpet mats. Besides those already mentioned, the M2 Edition will have all the equipment that’s standard on the Advanced Version, including the 5-inch touchscreen LCD entertainment system with GPS and bodykit.

Perodua Alza Fuel Comsumption Statistic - Fuel Save Ron 95

This is my Perodua Alza fuel/petrol consumption statistic. All using Shell fuel and no Petronas were used. The car tend to save fuel more when travel longer distance where minimal braking activities involve. Travelling in the city usually will consume more petrol as we brake frequently most of the time. And of course if you want to save money just don't use V-power 97 caused it makes the car faster and burn fuel also faster.

I am not sure if Alza save more fuel better or more less compare to other cars because i don't owned any other. However if compare to Hyundai Accent then Alza certainly save much more and i know this for a fact.

Proton Vendors – Proton-Perodua merge will benefit industry greatly

The PVA (Proton Vendors Association) have applauded the call by the government for local automotive companies to consolidate and merge in order to maintain their competitiveness in the market and they believe that a merger between the 2 national carmakers, Proton and Perodua would surely be instrumental in boosting the local automotive industry.

According to Datuk Dr Wan Mohamed Wan Embong, the time is right and ideal for both Proton and Perodua to consider merger and its positive impacts because such a move will help the local industry to expand to the international market. He said that it is now more important to look forward than at the current situation especially in light of the challenges faced in the global economy which is ‘full of uncertainties’.

The association will look at the positive side of things before embarking on the whole merger exercise because it would benefit both parties. Proton for instance is in a better standing currently as compared to 3 years ago and their major advantage of having spare capacity could help Perodua where they would no longer need to find further investment. Cost savings could be garnered through sharing of expertise and services between the 2 companies. At the moment, the domestic market cannot be depended on by Proton and Perodua if they are to compete in the long term

Jednakże, nawet przy ustawieniu przodu, to nie jest tak źle, a większość ludzi będzie dobrze z przestrzenią. W odniesieniu do trzeciego rzędu, nie jest wyraźnie będzie idealny dla dużych osób, ale w grupie siedmiu, nie będzie z pewnością ludzie o różnych rozmiarach więc tych, którzy są mniejsze mogą korzystać z trzeciego rzędu.


Jedną z rzeczy, które znalazłem się kłopotliwe wsiadł do tylnych siedzeń. Drugi rząd może złożyć do przodu, ale różnica jest wciąż mała i mogę sobie wyobrazić osoby w podeszłym wieku stara się dostać w więc może lepiej byłoby dla niego, aby mieć miejsce na drugim rzędzie. Niech młodzi, którzy są bardziej elastyczne i bardziej elastyczna wznoszenia ciała do tyłu!

Jakości produkcji w jednostkach test był tak dobry, jak oczekują produktów Perodua. Pracują bardzo ciężko na ten aspekt podczas wizyty w zakładzie, to było niesamowite widzieć obsesja mają z minimalizacją pyłu w zakresie montażu. Początkowa produkcja wynosi 4100 sztuk w miesiącu, a co najmniej 3500 jednostek mają być sprzedawane w każdym miesiącu. Od źródła w Perodua, okazało się, że zamówienia zostały już 1800 w ciągu pierwszych 9 godzin rezerwacji jest akceptowane tak MPV jest udany start.

PERODUA ALZA is the second Malaysian MPV which is launched by Perodua . The target market for this Perodua Alza is mainly for average income potential buyer who needs an MPV to fit a big family numbers with low budget. Perodua Alza can be categorised as compact MPV 7 seater .

Here we would like to share some specification of Perodua Alza and the Price of Perodua Alza MPV. For the first impression, when we look at the Perodua Alza, it really reminds us on Myvi that has been extended. But when we enter the cabin of Perodua Alza, it is slightly bigger and taller than Myvi.

The new colour introduced by Perodua for the perodua Alza MPV are really attractive especially the Classy Purple and the Special Metallic colour.

The interior finishing is simple, not a bit  luxury like exora but still can accommodate 7 passenger inside. Even at the last row (3rd row) can be seated by 2 adult but with small legroom. The advantage of Perodua Alza is the 2nd row seat can be slide fore and aft and the power to weight ratio is better due to the weight of the Perodua Alza is only around 1150kg only. Just like a sedan car weight but has extended body for 3rd row seat behind. But the boot space is absolutely small and just enough for you to put small stuff.

There are many compartment inside the perodua Alza Cabin at the dashboard, door panel and under the seat.

To enter the 3rd row, it is quite uneasy because you need to slide the 2nd row seat forward.

Perodua Alza MPV has no aircond vent on the 2nd and 3rd row and only rely on the main aircond vent from the front.

How about the perodua alza fuel consumption (FC)? Basically with 1.5 litre engine, the consumption is slightly same with a sedan car with 1.5 litre DVVT engine like Toyota Vios but it can be more fuel consuming when you fit more than 5 person inside. It is slightly around 10 km/l - 13 km/l or RM0.138 to rm0.18 per kilometer.
